Upcoming Events

The Alliance receives a great deal of our yearly budget from our fundraising events that we hold annually. This is an important part of our fiscal plan and a great way for donors to meet staff and find out first-hand how our work is going year-to-year in Mali. Our auction is one of the largest in Utah and our main fundraiser for the year.

27TH ANNUAL DINNER AUCTION

Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City.

5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Silent Auction | Dinner Buffet
Festivities (balloon grab, putting golf, African drummers, merchandise for sale)

7:30 - 9 p.m. Program | Live Auction

TRIBE, EVENT SPONSOR- $2,500
Table for 10 guests includes recognition plaque placed on a bench desk in a village school and recognition in printed program

CLAN, TABLE SPONSOR - $1,500
Table for 10 guests includes listing in printing program

LEGACY, LONG-STANDING AUCTION PARTICIPANTS - $1,000
Table for 10 guests, reserved exclusively for supporters of the Alliance who attended the auction for 5+ years

VILLAGER, INDIVIDUAL - $110 pre-pay, $125 at door

2. Donate Items or Services
Our event is successful thanks to the generous donations of businesses and individuals. We gratefully accept donations of items or services for our silent or live auction. We will provide you with an in-kind charitable donation receipt. Recognition will be included in our printed program.

3. Volunteer
Our volunteers are key to the auction's success. It takes 200 dedicated individuals to help with the set-up and execution of our event. If you are available the day of the auction, we welcome your help.
